Own Harmony always provides FREE standard shipping on ALL orders – no minimums or exclusions! Some customers may qualify for upgraded shipping at no charge.
FREE 30 DAY RETURNS
Return shipping from anywhere in the United States is always FREE. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Own Harmony, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase – no catches or exceptions! Returns must be unused in the original packaging (including the QC Pass Sticker, if applicable); returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. To start your easy return, contact us at support@ownharmony.com with your order number and mention "Return Request" in the title of your email . If you have received defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us directly at support@ownharmony.com . All Own Harmony products are under warranty.
Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Own Harmony will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

Own Harmony ships anywhere in the United States, and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You may expedite your shipping at the Checkout page. Please note some items may be ineligible for expedited shipping – these items will be marked as such in the product description. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments outside the continental United States; please allow additional time for your order to arrive to these locations. Delivery dates are subject to order cut-off times or carrier delays.
